How long will it take to receive my order?
The current processing time is 1-3 business days + shipping time (1-4 business days), unless specified otherwise on the home page. You can view your estimated delivery date by checking your tracking information, which will be available once your order ships. We ship via USPS Ground.
We strive to complete all orders as quickly as possible. Processing times are in place to give each customer realistic expectations on when they can receive their items.
NEED IT FASTER? You can choose USPS Priority or USPS Priority Express at checkout to shorten the shipping time (1-2 business days). There is an additional charge for these selections.
**International delays due to COVID-19**
Please be aware that several countries are still under mail service suspension, you can find the list and more information here --> https://about.usps.com/newsroom/service-alerts/international/welcome.htm
USPS asks customers to please refrain from shipping items addressed to the countries listed under suspension until further notice (unless you are willing to wait!)
*NOTE: If your country is not listed and IS accepting mail, you can still expect to see some delays due to a shortage of transportation.

- Priority Mail Express guaranteed overnight service will not change
- Priority Mail extended to 2-4 days
- First-Class Mail extended to 2-4 days
What happens if my item arrives damaged, incorrect, or gets lost in the mail?
Unfortunately, these things do happen every once in a while and can be out of our control. If you are one of the unfortunate ones to experience this, please send us a message right away to firstname.lastname@example.org with attached detailed pictures and we will do our best to resolve the issue and get a replacement to you right away.
What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If your shipping address was entered incorrectly and your order hasn't yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible so we can update your shipping information. If your order has already been shipped, we are happy to re-send your package once it gets returned back to us. You will be responsible for the additional shipping fee.
Do you accept custom order requests?
Absolutely! We welcome them with open arms. We love to personalize items and make them special for you. Feel free to message us at email@example.com with your ideas and we'd be happy to mock up a design for you.
- Wash with cold water. Cold water will still get your clothes plenty clean, and it doesn't take a toll on the fabric!
- Turn clothes inside out to wash and dry. This will help protect the print and keep it from fading. Never iron over prints.
- Avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals!
- Dry with low heat.
-Never put in dishwasher!
-Hand washing with cold or warm water + mild soap is recommended to ensure the integrity of the vinyl adhesive and make it last longer!
-Be extra careful when washing tumblers with small letters/fine detail. Rougher sponges can catch edges and tear the decal off.
