If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any unworn, unwashed products in their original condition within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately at this time we do not provide a paid return label, but hope to be able to in the future. To complete your return, we require an order number/proof of purchase. For your protection, we recommend you return items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx with a tracking number provided. Please note: Little Cottonwood Collection is not responsible for any lost or missing packages. Once we receive the original item(s), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and and your refund will be processed. A credit for the full amount paid, excluding any shipping costs, will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 2 weeks to see the refund reflect in your account. All discounted or customized items are final sale. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We will replace any items if they are defective or damaged. If you received a damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email to email@example.com.
